Hope Church had a historic, complex building with areas of very different construction types that were built nearly 100 years apart and on multiple levels. We were able to resolve accessibility issues, add a chapel for their morning Taize service, add nearby nursery and youth spaces, carve out a significant narthex space, add a drop-off canopy, and expand the offices. The project came in under budget and below bid price.
